We have used Craig as our realtor 3 times. First, he found a wonderful, new construction house for us and got us an amazing deal. Several years later, we were moving out of the area and he helped us sell the house. This was during the downturn in the economy and he helped us with realistic goals and was wonderful at communicating with us, keeping us motivated, hosting open houses, advertising our property, and getting and communicating agent feedback from every showing. Finally, we moved back to the area and he helped us find our new house. He got us a very nice deal and helped us with negotiations, inspections, financing, and closing. Craig helped us buy our Condo in 2015 & sell our townhouse in 2016. Craig truly goes above & beyond with everything he does. His availability when responding to phone calls, emails & texts is 1,000%. He is totally hands on, his commitment to be there for you is outstanding. He is friendly, caring, considerate & an overall pleasure. I had a different realtor before Craig & it wasn’t good. I don’t give excellent reviews easily, but I was looking at houses on and off for a few years and worked with more than a handful of realtors. Craig was hands down the best and most pleasurable to work with. He didn’t just try to sell me a house, he tried to sell me the right house, and when I needed something from him, he got on it. He really tried to make the closing process as easy as possible, and without question am suggesting him to friends on future sales.

Weâ??ve dealt with lots of people in our lives because of our industries, but dealing with Craig was a breath of fresh air! Penny was very patient with me throughout the beginning when we started looking at homes that fit my criteria. I was moving to Illinois from the west coast and selected to find a realtor on Zillow. The gentleman referred me to Penny. I will say that I was a little hesitant to select my realtor online, being that I had talked to another realtor who was referred to me and he did absolutely nothing. My experience with Penny was better than I could have imagined. I knew what I was looking for in a home, but knew absolutely nothing about the area or what neighborhoods to look at. We met Penny by accident when we went to look at a home for lease. We didn’t know that you could use a realtor to represent you in the leasing process. We did not like that house but took Penny up on her offer to assist us find a lease and are sure glad we did. She found a house that had not even gotten fully listed that was fantastic. She negotiated every thing from the no pet rule to a complete cleaning and she spent two hours doing a detailed accounting of the condition of the home. Fantastic service and a super nice person. We were shocked to get a delicious gourmet housewarming gift! Now here is the real kicker, nearly a year later we had questions about our rights when the owner wanted to show the house and so I texted Penny. She called me right away and was extremely helpful and thorough in following up. Her advice was invaluable. And she does not charge for this level of service. I highly recommend Penny whether you are leasing or buying a home. Also if you are listing she explained her code of ethics in making sure everything is fair and above board.

Absolutely the best! So responsive and helpful. We bought remotely from another state and she was the best. I cannot imagine doing this without her. Even after the sale was complete she continued to help us with the house while we were restrained by the pandemic. You cant go wrong with Penny!
